Note: In order to convert it into an AVI file you must go to Share tab, select Create Video File and go to Custom. Here you must go at Save as type and choose Microsoft AVI file (*.avi).
To rotate a video in VideoStudio, you first have to load it then add it to the Timeline using drag and drop. Without applying any other video effects, right click on the video in the Timeline and choose Customize Motion. From the window that will open, locate the Rotation section. To rate the video simply adjust the Z axis. Input any degree angle, and the video will rotate above. Use the image below as guidance.

The problem that you encounter could be caused by several reasons. To fix it, I strongly suggest that you upgrade your product to a newer version. To be noticed that in Corel VideoStudio X6, a Subtitle Editor was implemented which facilitates working with subtitles and provides additional features.

There are additional Corel VideoStudio templates available for download, but they're not free. The packages cost money, and once the payment has been completeds, you will be able to download the installer. Run the installer, and the templates will be added automatically.

Yes, Corel VideoStudio has the capability of trimming videos. This can be done through the Multi-trim Video function available for loaded videos on the Timeline. Firstly .add the video to the timeline, then right click it and choose Multi-trim Video. The video and its timings will be displayed on the right. Drag the video to the start position then press the [ bracket, then drag the video to the next position and press the ] bracket. After this, the cropped area will be displayed on the bottom. If you want to add another cut, repeat the procedure. Click OK to save changes, then the cropped scene will be added to Timeline automatically. Use the image below to see where are the buttons.
I have imported a song into the storyboard, but I can only hear it when I am on the song clip. When I play the storyboard with videos I can't hear the music.

There is no troubleshooting information about the Corel VideoStudio and Storyboard audio. I recommend checking the tutorials for VideoStudio. The developers have created a page called Learning where you can learn how to add videos, open files and typically work with the interface of the program.
I play my Xbox by using Easycap and I have the free version of Ulead VideoStudio. When I play I have no sound, bad graphics and I can't upload videos on YouTube after recording. Can you help?

Firstly, go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools and open the System Information tool. Expand the Components list, check your audio (sound) and video (display) card models and download and install the latest drivers from the developers web pages. After that, uninstall and reinstall Ulead VideoStudio and try again to record the videos. Once you finish the recording process go to YouTube Upload page, log in using your account and upload the files manually using the Upload button or the drag and drop feature. If you still have problems, I suggest you use Google search engine to find tutorials, guides and tips that will help you to record the Xbox videos and upload them to YouTube.
